"Span of Concern". Concern is a manifestation of interest in something and in this context something refers to petroleum, mining and energy, abbřeviated PETROMINER. This book contains all Sidelines of PETROMINER monthly magazine as of 15 January 2003 up to February 2008. Petroleum, mining, and energy, either one by one moreover in their various combined aspects, is developing and increasingly affecting the lives of people at large, only in Indonesia but also in all countries. It was this development that is being scrutinized within the span of time when the three had become the principal target of change by reform, which hit Indonesia post the New Order governance.
