The objective of this book is to integrate the computer into the process of learning econometrics. In particular it illustrates how to write computer programs using SAS. In addtion, chapter appendices are offered that cover more advanced econometric topics. The purpose of these extensions is to provide programming assistance for topics found in "Introduction to the Theory and Practice of Econometrics, 2nd edition.
