The development of energy, particularly in the field of electricity, has been one of the priority sectors in the frame of succeeding the national development plan of Indonesia. This sector has played an important role for the success of the national development. In the frame of globalisation era where business competition is very tight, Indonesia is enhancing the fulfillment of energy need supply for the coming sustainable development. As the result, a number of hydro power plant, coal power plant, diesel power plant, solar energy, etc. have long been in existence to support the national development. Above all, Indonesia will also soon build its nuclear power plant. The development of energy sector certainly deserves codification in the form of publication.
