Energy Policy and Planning Seminars-Training materials module 6 : energy supply strategy issues part 2 : financing supply strategies

Module 6 on Energy Supply Strategy Issues contains eight of the readings suggested for the Energy Policy and Planning Seminars conducted by the Finance, Industry, and Energy Division of the Economic Development Institute. Part 1 of Module 6 has been printed in a separate volume. It contains selected readings on General Issues and Strategies. Each volume includes a curricular deseription of the Energy Policy and Planning Seminar, a summary of each of the eight training modules, and a partial listing of the readings for the whole seminar. These readings have been collected from a wide range of sources for the convenience of trainers and participants.The selected readings discuss policy issues and measures designed to encourage eficient consumption, production options, and development plans in the energy sector. They are inten ded to enhance the awareness and analytical capabilities of the participants.
