Energy Policy and Planning Seminars-Training materials module 6 : energy supply strategy issue part 2 : financing supply strategies

Part 1 of Module 6 on General Issues and Strategies contains eleven of the readings suggested for the Energy Policy and Planning Seminars conducted by the Finance, Industry, and Energy Division of the Economic Development Institute. Part 2 of Module 6 has been printed in a separate volume. It contains selected readings on Financing Supply Strategies. Each volume includes a curricular description of the Energy Policy and Planning Seminar, a summary of each of the eight training modules, and a partial listing of the readings for the whole seminar. These readings have been collected from a wide range of sources for the convenience of train ers and participants.The selected readings discuss policy issues and measures designed to encourage efficient consumnption, production options, and development plans in the energy sector. They are intended to enhance the awareness and analytical capabilities of the participants.
