Energy Policy and Planning Seminars-Trainings materials : module 3 : energy demand and supply issues part 3

Part 3 of Module Three on Energy Demand and Supply Issues contains five of the readings suggested for the Energy Policy and Planning Seminars conducted by the Finance, Industry, and Energy Division of the Economic Development Institute. Parts 1 and 2 of Module Three have been printed in separate volumes. They also contain selected readings on Energy Demand and Supply Issues. Each volume includes a curricular description of the Energy Policy and Planning Seminar, a summary of each of the eight training modules, and a partial listing of the readings for the whole seminar. Only the first three modules are currently available for distribution. These readings have been collected from a wide range of sources for the convenience of trainers and participants. The selected readings discuss policy issues and measures designed to encourage efficient consumption, production options, and development plans in the energy sector. T'hey are intended to enhance the awareness and analytical capabilities of the participants.
