International policy coordination : issues in OPEC and EACM : monograph series in world affairs

This observation suggests the need for developing a clear theoretical understanding of the requirements for successful international policy coordination. Drawing from game theory and using data on the East African Common Market (EACM) in the mid-1960s and the Organization of Petro- leum Exporting Countries (OPEC) in 1974, this study is concerned with the formulation and testing of some necessary conditions for international policy coordination.
