Energy policy analysis assistance to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources : government of Indonesia final report

This is the final report for the Energy Sector Policy and Strategic Advisory Assistance to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Task Order (0UT-LAG-I-812-98-0000400), funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Advanced Engineering Associates International (AEAI). Since the project was designed to work directly with the Ministry's office but there was no space available for the project's staff to be stationed close to the Minister, office space was leased in Wisma Antara, a commercial office building located directly adjacent to the building housing the Ministry. To best reflect the nature and activities of the project staffs and consistent with the Scope of Work for the project, the office was named as Energy Analysis and Policy Office, with the acronym EAPO. To some extent, the EAPO name has been used for the project title by the project team. The subcontractors to AEAI on the EAPO project included: University of Indonesia (LPEM-UI, Jakarta), University of Gadjah Mada (Yogyakarta), University of Diponegoro (Semarang), Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), LEMIGAS (Oil and Gas Research Centre, Jakarta) and NGOs coalition (JARI, Jakarta).
