Sectoral agenda 21 : mining agenda for developing sustainable quality of life
"Agenda 21 for the Mining Sector only provides guidelines on policies related to long-term goals in order to achieve short-term objectives. The short-term goals, which are of interest to investors and the government, must be achieved without compromising the long-term goals that serve the interests of the community.
Agenda 21 for the Mining Sector addresses various concepts and materials that can serve as references for future policy development. The discussions in Agenda 21 for the Mining Sector are divided based on processes and issues related to long-term goals. The discussions on these processes are organized into the following chapters: introduction, new mining paradigm, mineral allocation policy, mining investment policy, environmental management policy, mine closure policy, decentralization of mineral resource management policy, and the sustainable development agenda for the mining sector."
