Perhaps the most significant of these is the decree on the Risk Management Framework for the provision of government financial support to PPP projects
On institutional matters, it is clear from this document that much remains to be done at the sector level. Each has to compete against the others for private finance. Those with a weaker private sector participation framework will likely find themselves less able to attract private investments.
The land issue is something that Indonesia needs to address sooner rather than later, if more public-private partnership projects were to materialize. This is essentially a socio-political issue, which needs the understanding and support of the public."
