It is a very great pleasure for us to publish "The Non-Aligned Movement: Towards the Next Millennium." This book pre- sents the thoughts of leading intellectuals as their contribution to the current and future development of the Non-Aligned Movement. Their thoughts are presented with a focus on politics, economics, culture, defense and security, and the environment. The book is comprised of three volumes: "The Movement," "The Nations," and "The Indonesian Enterprise." These three volumes forge a link in asserting the ideals of the Non-Aligned Movement.
