Following the Consent of the Government of Thailand to (REDP) participate in the Regional Energy Development Programme activity on sectoral energy demand studies i mplemented by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for ASia and the Pacific (UN-ESCAP), the National Energy Administration (NEA) as the Government's representative had in consequence conducted this Study. This plan of action had been achieved through the assistConsult- ance of the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) Central ant's team, Dr. B. Chateau and Dr. B. Lapil1onne ar also with the continued guidance from the Senior Co-ordinator of REDP, Dr. Filino Harahap during the implementation of this Study .
