Conservation of natural resources
Conservation of natural resources is not the responsibility of a few specialists, government oficials, or militant enthusiasts, but every individual, company, or organization must share in the task of preserving the resource base upon which the American economy has been built. In the schools from the kindergarten to the universities the subject matter of conservation is available for presentation in the classroom. Basic concepts are now a part of the content of botany, zoology, nature study, general science, forestry, geology, geography, economics, soil science, and many other fields of learning. Special courses and curricula on conservation are now available in many schools and universities.
