A decade of climate policies proposed and abandoned, of science acknowledged and then ignored, means Australians are more vulnerable to social and economic disruption. The problem isn't that we lack a carbon price but that we have too many. Working against achieving solutions to climate change are short-termism and a 'gotcha' mentality.
