ADMM2013 Brunei Darussalam: Delegate Handbook 7th Asean Defense Minister's Meeting

In the three years since its establishment, the ASEAN Defense Ministers' Meeting-Plus (ADMM-Plus) has increased its role as the main forum for strategic discussions on security and defense issues between ASEAN and Dialogue Partners with the main objective of practical cooperation of the process. . This ASEAN Minister of Defense meeting is the second time with his colleagues from eight ASEAN Dialogue Partners, namely Australia, China, Japan, India, the Republic of Korea, New Zealand, Russia, and the United States. ADMM-Plus unites the armed forces of eighteen countries to improve their communication in the context of multilateral cooperation and gives them the opportunity to improve their ability to cooperate with regional partners through joint exercises. In 2013 the ASEAN Defense Ministers' Meeting-Plus (ADMM-Plus) was held in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam on 6–8 May 2013. This is a handbook for delegates presenting on the agenda as a guide for discussion material as well as a schedule and a short guide as a tourist in the country.
