Polish Armed Forces
The Polish Armed Forces consist of professional personnel who voluntarily serve in various corps, including officers, non-commissioned officers, and enlisted ranks. Only Polish citizens who meet physical and mental requirements, and demonstrate unwavering loyalty to the Republic of Poland, are eligible to join. Under the Professional Soldiers’ Military Service Act of 2003, both men and women have equal rights and responsibilities in military service. There are two types of service: permanent and contract, both offering fair compensation for the challenges and sacrifices of military duty. Educational qualifications, such as a master's degree for officers and a high school diploma for non-commissioned officers, are required to enlist.
